Each team has weekly training sessions where the boys are taught the basics of the game and the importance of working as a team.

Each year the club adds a new group at the under 5 level, with the current compliment in excess of 500 boys and girls and a staff of over 100 volunteers. The club is now one of the largest in the area, covering Ickenham and the London Borough of Hillingdon.
Ickenham Youth Football Club was established in 2006 and has grown to span 13 age groups between the ages of 4 and 17.
